What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not create a contract for our sourcing or introduction services. If you become a landlord we work with, see “How we work with landlords”. If you become an operator or investor client, you will sign a separate Sourcing Agreement with us. Where a signed agreement says something different from these terms, the signed agreement wins.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Calbra Sourcing does
Calbra Sourcing is an introducer. We find residential properties whose owners are open to a company let, and we introduce those owners to vetted rent-to-rent and serviced accommodation operators who are looking for property. We do not rent, manage or operate property ourselves, and we are not a party to any tenancy or company let agreement that follows an introduction.
Any information on this site about fixed rent, no void periods or similar arrangements describes what our operators offer. Those commitments are made by the operator, not by Calbra Sourcing.
Information on this site
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Property values, rents, yields and market conditions change. Before making any decision about letting, renting or investing in property, take your own professional advice.
We may change the content of this site at any time without notice.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

Enquiry forms
When you submit a form on this site (for example a landlord enquiry or an operator brief), you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to give it. Submitting a form does not create a contract with us and does not oblige us to act. We will handle your details as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The text, design and layout of this site, and the Calbra Sourcing name and logo, belong to us. Some images on this site are licensed stock photography and belong to their respective owners, not to us — we do not claim rights over them and you should not treat them as ours to license onward. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce or reuse the text, design or Calbra Sourcing branding without our written permission.

This site may link to third-party websites (for example property portals or booking tools). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
